Content, availability and limits
The Kindred Loop name, visual presentation, written materials and site components belong to the site owner or their licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and use them for your personal, lawful use of the service. You may not reproduce, modify, frame, scrape or commercially exploit them without permission. You retain responsibility for content you submit and should only share material you have the right to use.
The site may change, pause or discontinue features, including curated introductions, without guaranteeing advance notice or continued availability. The operator may correct, remove or moderate content when reasonably necessary. Service interruptions can occur because of maintenance, technical faults, connectivity issues or circumstances outside the operator’s control.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete or suitable for every purpose. Kindred Loop cannot verify every statement made by a user or guarantee another person’s identity, intentions, conduct or compatibility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or from interactions between users. You should take sensible precautions before sharing information or arranging an in-person meeting.
